Hi, I am Justin Mnatsakanyan-Barbalace. I have worked IT in the California and Alaska oil industries.
In 2006-2009 I spent 3 years as an ICT Peace Corps (https://www.peacecorps.gov/) volunteer in Armenia where I provided training to regional IT Specialists and worked to develop an Computer Training Center at the Ijevan Bridge of Hope (https://bridgeofhope.am/) that provides children's inclusive education and women's empowerment opportunities. I met my wonderful wife while serving. following my Peace Corps service I started working for the Peace Corps head quarters in Washington, DC where I worked for 6 years until I was recruited by Microsoft where I currently work as a Sr. Cloud Solutions Architect.
